15 Medicines:- Fever, Headache, Motion Sickness, Loose Motion, Vomiting Acidity etc.
16 Make sure to check the weather before starting the Valley of Flowers trek.
17 If you do not have trekking experience in the mountains, then you can take a local guide with you.
